in quarters |1   2   3   4   |
in eighths  |1 n 2 n 3 n 4 n |
in 16ths    |1ena2ena3ena4ena|

Practice at home one bar of quarters, one bar of eighths, and one bar of 16ths in loops.

example:
|1   2   3   4   |
|1 n 2 n 3 n 4 n |
|1ena2ena3ena4ena|
keep repeating this sequence.

For ppl that are already good with 16ths... when you see "Give it a try" means that if you don't get it immediately, its OK!
1) Even 16ths - make sure its even
Accent on  1, 2, 3, 4   or the n of 1 n 2 n 3 n 4 n
make sure accents are different from non-accents

2) play everything and keep time by
stamping on feet 1 2 3 4
or moving side ways /left right / forward backwards in time

3) 16ths with grouping of 3s sample 1 (give it a try!)

1 2 3 2 2 3 3 2 3 4 2 3 5 2 3 1

4) 16ths with grouping of 3s sample 2 (give it a try!)

1 2 3 2 2 3 3 2 3 4 2 3 1 2 3 4

5) Do exercises by combining and try and move to steps in quarter note pulses (give it a try!)

1  2  3  4
1 n 2 n 3 n 4 n
1 e n a 2 e n a 3 e n a 4 e n a
1 2 3 2 2 3 3 2 3 4 2 3 5 2 3 1
1 2 3 2 2 3 3 2 3 4 2 3 1 2 3 4

Keep Repeating for at least 10 times at one go without stopping and make sure the strokes are even when required and accents are really accented!
