The Strikeforce Update 020310

Hi all!

I apologize for failed to update MTT details on the blog due to the technical problems that I've faced. But I do have ask your respective Contact ICs to update you the details of MTT.

This Sunday 070310 MTT is ON! 4PM to 6PM @ Richfield.

We will be having movement training on 9th, 11th, 16th and 18th March.
Please avail yourself during these 4 days training!
All of us must improve our movement!! =)
