The Strikeforce Update (210809)

Hi Strikeforce!

This Sunday (230809) MTT is ON!
We will be meeting 2pm at Riverwalk.
However. This week MTT is different!

This week MTT is call Ministry Transfusion Time!
We will going for Blood Donation

For this Sunday MTT, we gonna do something different!
We are going for Blood Donation! =)
Service 4 still able to rush down to MTT as it will take some time for the rest to wait for their turn to donate blood.

We gonna do this as a ministry!
Dress code for this Sunday is Black SF Tee or Black Top. (Please stick to the dress code, we gonna take photo!)

if you don't wish or can't donate blood, do come down to support the rest who will be donating blood.
After the blood donation, we gonna take a group photo! =)
This is the first time we doing something different during Ministry time.
Let's do this together! =)

Please let your respective Contact ICs know your attendance and if you're donating blood or not.

In order to donate blood, donors must bring along the following:
» NRIC or other photo identification showing date of birth. (For foreigners, please present your passport at time of registration.)
» Parental/Guardian consent form from the Endorsed Centre for Transfusion Medicine.
If you are 18 and below, please download the Parental/Guardian consent form from CHCSA website.

Basic blood donor requirements:
» At least 16 years of age on the date of blood donation
» Weighs at least 45 kg
» Eat a well-balanced meal and drink a lot of water 3 to 4 hours prior to donating blood
» Must not be having a cold, cough, sore throat or flu symptoms
» Must not be on medication
