12 April - MTT & BBQ at East Coast
We practiced Space Jam - Rock Beat - Long Triplets as a group
And then did the 6-percussion learning stations
As the timing shifted further away, we must learn to rely with our "sight" concerning the drumming because the timing starts to sound delayed due to the distance. But the rule of "1 sec glance followed by 5 sec performance" still applies.
BBQ - we had a good time to fellowship and food and we also saw 6 groups present dramas relating to the theme , "Your journey so far in SF & what you hope to become in God through Strikeforce". It is Interesting to see, that each group given only 30 mins to prepare, the unity and excitement of the new members were evident.

- station 1 - 16ths, Paradiddles, 16th triplet as according to SF standard
- station 2 - front & back stick spinning, twirling
- station 3 - surdo - one man surdo part
- station 4 - shaker - 16ths
- station 5 - agogo bell - samba basic, cowbell - paleto basic
- station 6 - tambourine - 8ths, 16ths, triplet motion, on-beat and off-beat, 16ths shaker combine with tambourine of 2, 4 or 1, 2, 3, 4

Also went thru space jam - rock beat - half time funky - indian dance
Also tried out the "360 degree toss ending".
Demonstrated the stick tossing choreography for 16th dance
Boon re-emphasized that the Strikeforce is always about trying New things....yes...new new things.

Demonstrated next standard beat "the SF Samba".
Demonstrated "DB" standard beat.
The STRIKEFORCE then demonstrated the full performance version of Flightphesy.
And went on to demonstrate from start till 1st 3 bars of Flight of the 100.
