The Strikeforce Update: 17th March 2009

Dear Strikeforce members!

This Sunday we will be having our Strikeforce Gathering at Seasons Park Condo. There are other events that will take place on sunday as well. Please take note of the following:

1) Hall Shifting at Expo on Sunday.
We will be helping church with shifting from at Expo Hall 1 to Hall 8. Hence, we need a lot of man power with the shifting. Please do avail yourself to help with the shifting as the whole process would normally take less than 2 hours.

If you're helping, please meet directly at stage, MUSICIAN side after EXPO Service. (Please try to excuse yourself from CG briefing if possible.)

2) Strikeforce Amazing Race
ALL to meet 4.15pm at CITY HALL WAR MEMORIAL PARK to have your attendance taken AND also to Register for the gathering. We have catered food for the gathering. Please set aside $10(max) for the food.

THINGS TO BRING:
(i) Change of clothes if you are coming from service and after the games. (Optional)

ATTIRE:
No skirts, No dress,No heels/boots
Top = Only t- shirts / comfortable top (the game will cause you to perspire)
Bottoms =only Shorts / pants / Jeans
Footwear = Slippers OR covered shoes - Strictly No heels (be prepared to run!)

(ii) Camera! If possible ..... :P

(iii) Own bottle of water (you will definitely need it)

(iv) $10 for the food at the gathering place. We have gathered yummy food for all at the gathering place.

3) For those who can't reach by City Hall War Memorial Park by 4.50pm.
Please make your way straight to the gathering place by 6.30pm.

The walk will take about 10mins.
When you reach the front gate of the condo, Please tell the security guard that you are going to the FUNCTION room.

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO:
Your contact IC should have contacted you by Wednesday night.
Please SMS you attendance to your contact IC by Thursday 2359hrs whether you'll be there for
1) Expo Hall Shifting
2) Strikeoforce Amazing Race
3) or u will go straight to Seasons Park Condo for the gathering (if you cant stay for dinner, pls indicate so)
